If you haven’t already registered, you will need to register first to begin using the Account Manager features, including bill pay and e-mail maintenance.
Yes, anyone can make a payment on the account. You can use Local Pay, or mail a check to NuLink to pay on the account. Please be sure to note the account number. For online payments, you must be the account holder.
